Tracy received her 200hr Yoga Certification from Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC in 2015. Since then she has gone on to refine her yoga teaching skill set with advanced studies in Yin and Restorative Yoga. Tracy co-teaches the Advanced Studies Programs for Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga and is currently enrolled in the 300 hr Teacher Training program at Boundless Yoga Studio with Chris Loebsack.
A native of the Pocono region, Tracy is thrilled that Yoga has come to the Poconos with such and amazing lineup of Yoga educators and is humbled to be a part of the Boundless yoga community. Her classes are lighthearted, fun and at times, down right hilarious with the perfect balance of meditation, asana and pranayama. As a teacher, she truly enjoys the balance of Yin and Yang with the many different types classes she has on the schedule. Weather you’d like to heat things up in an Open Level class, Relax and unwind in Restorative Yoga, find intense stretching in Yin, or perhaps you’re new to Yoga, take the first step of the journey in a beginners class… Tracy would love to connect with you. A graduate of the American Music and Dramatic Academy in NYC and retired singer, Tracy loves to occasionally bring the gift of song to savasana.
Tracy is a Reiki Master, artist and jeweler and painted the mandala murals at both of our studios. Check our website under “workshops” and “Teacher Training” for scheduled training programs in Reiki Level 1 and 2, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga in the coming year.
Tracy leads a slow, long hold yin class that works the hips in an open position through various poses. She incorporates a mindfulness practice. This class first aired on Facebook Live on June 5th.
Tracy begins this class in a seated position with some neck and spine mobility movements. She continues with the spinal mobility in seated forward folds and progresses into some inner thigh and outer hip work. This class first aired on Facebook Live on June 3rd.

Tracy leads a lovely, slow-paced, long hold yin yoga class that focuses on the hips. This class first aired on Facebook Live on May 6th.
This class first aired on Facebook Live on May 1st. Tracy leads a lovely sequence that opens with some hip work and moves into some stretching along the torso and side body. She completes the sequence with a single leg twist.
This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 24th. Tracy leads us through a sequence that focuses on the hips. From seated folds to lunges, this class hits the outer hips, inner thighs, quads and hamstrings.
This class first aired on Facebook Live on April 22nd. Tracy leads us through a yin sequence that is focused on the hips. There are some seated poses and a few poses laying on the back and the belly.
This class first aired on Facebook Live on April 17th. Tracy begins the class in the seated position with some upper body and hip stretches. She moves into the reclined position for some back stretches and more hip stretches. That is followed by some stretches in the prone position and we wrap things up with some pranayama and twists
This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 15th. Tracy leads us through some hip work. From the inner thighs to the hamstrings and moving into a deep lunge. She throws in a challenging mermaid variation. She progresses into some juicy, long-held stretches.

This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 3rd. This yin class focuses on hips and hamstrings. Longer holds in lunges, quad stretches, inner thigh and runner's lunge will open up your hips and feel delicious.
This class first aired on Facebook Live on April 1st. This class focuses on hips. In both seated and supine position, Tracy walks us through some long holds that focus on many of the muscles in and around the hips.
