Flow

1/2 Hour Power Flow

If you only have a 1/2 hour and want to get some steady flow into your system, then this class is for you. Brian runs us through a standard vinyasa, based loosely on the Ashtanga sun salutes. This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 15th.

Flow Level 1-2 (60 minutes)

Chris builds up gradually to some challenging poses with a focus on hips. Starting low, with tabletop hip opening and backbends and then mimics the shape in standing variations. She throws in some binds, both near the ground and standing just to keep it interesting. This class first aired on Facebook Live on April 12.

Yoga Conditioning (74 minutes)

The pranayama is combined with flashlights (a great forearm strengthener). This class is an all-around conditioning with a focus on core strength used in leaning poses as well as side crow and malasana binds. This class ends with an illustration of the benefits of centering and meditation. This class first aired on Facebook Live on April 10th.

Open Level Flow (73 minutes)

This class focuses on backbends. With a steady warmup of the hips and torso, Brian leads us into increasingly challenging backbends. Starting in kneeling and lunge positions, then adding a balance challenge in standing and finally in full wheel, and there is a spacious a lengthy unwinding session at the end. This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 8th.

Flow Level 1-2 (59 minutes)

Discover what is essential by cutting out all that is unnecessary in this class and maybe applying the concept to the rest of your life. Work through some hip strengtheners like wheel, leaning triangle and fallen triangle. Enjoy some hip stretches like lunge mermaid, pyramid and front splits. This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 5th.
