Pranayama is practiced in boat pose. This class has a little bit of everything. From core strengthening to standing balance and a few twists. There is a generous warm-down at the end of the class. This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 3rd.
We take a few basic movements and repeat them in various configurations of increasing challenge. It first shows up in tabletop, extending opposite arm and leg and then pulling them in towards each other. Mixed in with the theme, is a flow class with flamingo pose.
