Yin Yoga Yin Yoga (60 minutes)Tracy Gross

This class focuses on hips. In both seated and supine position, Tracy walks us through some long holds that focus on many of the muscles in and around the hips. This class first aired on Facebook Live on April 1st.

Flow Level 1-2 Flow Level 1-2 (73 minutes)Brian M. Davis

We take a few basic movements and repeat them in various configurations of increasing challenge. It first shows up in tabletop, extending opposite arm and leg and then pulling them in towards each other. Mixed in with the theme, is a flow class with flamingo pose. This class originally aired on Facebook Live on April 1st.

It builds slowly and gradually and once it gets going, it has a slow and steady movement that keeps the heart rate up. No one pose is particularly hard, but by maintaining movement, the challenge builds throughout the class. This class first aired on Facebook Live on March 31st.

Progressions to Expressions Progressions to Expressions - Visvamitrasana (74 minutes)Chris Loebsack

This class offers many options that build up to a pinnacle pose. Today, the pinnacle pose is visvamitrasana. Chris builds up strength and mobility by opening up the inner thighs, working on arm strength and standing balance. Originally aired on Facebook Live on March 26th.
