Chris gets this flow going quickly with an active pranayama linked movement and starts right in with some sun salutes. Hitting many of the standards and moving into some fun variations, she also throws in hanumanasana and a funky arm balance.

Progressions to Expressions are open to all skill levels; not everyone will be able to achieve the pinnacle pose. Chris leads through a sequence the culminates in dancer pose.
